Check the availability of seats by sending our office a short email. We will confirm that you have chosen the most suitable package for you prior to sending you an invoice and registration info.
You can also download and print the Registration, Personal Information and Release Forms here. Fill out all documents and fax or mail them to our office.

*Your trip is considered booked once our office receives all your registration information and the required deposit (50% of trip fee) by cheque, money order, bank wire or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express via pay pal).
Deposits can now be paid directly through this site, via pay pal, by clicking on the "BUY NOW" button at the bottom of each trip page.
You will then receive confirmation of your booking in writing.
Full payment of the trip fee is due by the first scheduled day of your trip. Please note: We no longer accept credit card payments upon your arrival at the pick up location. Certified cheques, money orders or bank drafts only please.
You can also make your final payment earlier by cheque, money order, bank draft, bank wire or credit card.

Most of Canada Photo Safaris tours are sold as a package and generally include everything you'll need for a relaxed and worry free holiday.
All the details are taken care of and budgeting is made easy for you by including everything in one price.
Your friendly and experienced guide will make sure that you are well informed and taken care of throughout your journey.
You will benefit from the years of experience and specialized knowledge of our tour leaders.
We GUARANTEE that you WILL see and photograph (and get higher quality photos of) more wildlife than you could possibly find on your own.
You will save money by booking your package tour with Canada Photo Safaris because we have negotiated lower group rates on everything including accommodations and supplied activities.
*Prices quoted generally include your lodging in double occupancy hotels, cabins or chalets, all meals, ground transportation, guide services, all permit fees required for entry into parks and wildlife reserves. (Specific costs included in your tour fee are outlined in your pre-departure information, supplied upon registration).
We have selected, where available, comfortable modern lodging that inspires an atmosphere of Canadian history and culture.
Meals are always a focal point of conversation and camaraderie, and can provide an opportunity for you to further experience Canadian culture. Depending on the tour, meals are usually prepared by your guide at your accommodation, or at some of the finer restaurants available in the area. Picnic lunches in the field are common and often involve an aboriginal or early settler campfire experience.
Family rates are available and may vary by tour (contact our office directly if booking for a family or group with children.) Children under 12 are free for Wildlife of the West Kootenays tours only.
*All prices are subject to a 5% GST Federal tax (not included in list price.)

Travel Documents
Appropriate travel documents for entry into Canada are the responsibility of tour participant, as set out in our Terms and Conditions statement.
*Currently, US travelers require a passport for returning to the US from Canada by air only . New re-entry documents (enhanced driver's licence/nexus card) for US citizens will be required by land and by sea as of June 1, 2009.

Overseas travelers can also get information regarding required travel documents and applications here.
We recommend that all of our clients travel with a valid passport even when traveling by land or sea from the U.S. incase of an emergency requiring you to fly home.
All travelers are responsible for verifying visa requirements with consular officials, and obtaining visas where required, for every country visited during their trip, including countries visited via connecting flights.
We strongly recommend to all of our clients that you purchase Travel Protection insurance that covers all days traveled, not just our tour dates.
